On vegetable products that taste good (otherwise no success) and are not too niche. It is important that the entrepreneur, in addition to the desire to innovate and increase sustainability, knows what the consumer needs.

Specific innovation needs:

As far as we are concerned, the products that are used do not come from recently deforested areas (eg soy). And farmers and producers receive a fair price for their product (fair trade).
