Vincent van Gorkom is an experienced entrepreneur working 20+ years in the food industry. He has a proven track record of building and scaling-up food companies. In 2012 he co-founded Yellow Chips, a leading organic chips and veg chips maker in the NW-European market. Yellow Chips was sold in 2018.

After having obtained his PhD on the topic “Vitamin intake and status of Elderly Europeans”, he worked in various R&D functions at Unilever and FrieslandCampina. Reggy has built and led various fit for purpose teams of experts, in the areas of sustainabiliy, process technology, food structure functionality, flavour, consumer behaviour, and nutrition.  He has defined and executed various innovation programmes in those areas, continuously expanding and leveraging his extensive exernal open innovation network.
