Milo has been running campaigns on climate change & sustainable agriculture for over 10 years. He worked for several environmental and animal welfare organizations. At Brave New Food he manages the team and develops new programs and initiatives for the network.

Emilie is passionate about connecting ambitious people for a better future, that's why she is our community manager and sales lead. With a background in the food startup industry (Kitchen Republic) and larger scale food companies (Albron, FrieslandCampina), she supports partners to make the most of their impact activities.
Community Manager
Simone believes it's important to support initiatives that contribute to a balanced food system where humanity is central. While we can still continue to enjoy delicious meals, of course. As a community manager she will initiate movements and networks which contribute to sustainable food systems and accelerate innovation.
Online Media Manager
Mara is a former professional dancer who has channelled her creativity and passion for expression into content creation. With an entrepreneurial mindset, a love for all living beings, and an eye for aesthetics, she aims to lead a mindful and sustainable life while inspiring others to do the same.

Joost is an entrepreneur with 10+ years experience in open innovation. He is the founder of the innovation platforms StartHubs and Battle of Concepts, and has helped dozens of companies with their open innovation strategies and projects.
Innovation Ecosystems Builder
Bas is an innovation and startup accelerator expert with a proven track record in building and driving successful innovation partnerships and ecosystems over the past 20 years. As founder of startup incubator UtrechtInc he was one of the pioneers in the Dutch startup landscape.
Food & Scale-up Expert
Vincent van Gorkom is an experienced entrepreneur with 20+ years experience in the food industry. He has a proven track record of building and scaling food companies. In 2012 he co-founded Yellow Chips, a leading organic and veg chips maker in the NW European market. Yellow Chips was sold in 2018.

Jesse is an entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience in the food industry. He has a proven track record in building and scaling food companies. Most recently with the scale-up Yellow Chips, which was active in the NW European retail market and was successfully sold to Campbell Soups in 2018.
